If I could give a no star rating I would. As soon as we walked in the receptionist was on her cell phone. When asked what brought us in I told them we had ordered a suit that needed to be tailored. The lady couldn't find the suit and didn't believe that someone had called me to let me know it was there. Then someone else went and looked and finally he came out with the suit handed it to my husband and walked away so my husband informed him that it needed to be tailored still.
