Best Clothes Shopping Experience I Ever Had! I usually hate clothes shopping. I heard about a sale at Jos A Bank and went in with my wife to get a new suit. Andrew greeted us, and was extremely professional, pleasant, and very service oriented. I ended up with some excellent clothes for business. Great fabric, very stylish, and super customer service. My wife says she never wants to shop anywhere besides Jos A Bank, and especially if we can work with Andrew again at the Irving store.
Worse store ever! My husband rented a tux here for his brother's wedding in FL. First of all they couldn't find the event when he went in to get hus measurements, and then when the bride made changes they weren't informed so my husband had to contact them to make sure everything was ow the bride wanted it. They then tried to tell my husband that he had to contact the manufacturer directly and pay a change fee. So the bride had to have the FL store contact this store to get everything taken care of.
