Never, ever shop at Jos A Banks, unless you want an overpriced, ill-fitting, allegedly tailored suit. Their customer service is deplorable. In fact, when I went to pick it up, I tried it on and asked for it to be adjusted to fit properly, since I was rushed through the initial fitting. The guy told me to just "wear it around the house and it should fit better. They absolutely refused to correct THEIR MISTAKE! shop anywhere else but not there.
