Always had a great experience there, I shop there often. Their clothes are great.
Bought 2 white dress shirts 2 weeks ago and noticed they made a mistake by giving me 2 different fittings... I brought the one in that was big and they exchanged it for me (as long as you don't wear it). Excellent customer service, friendly, and professional! What a great example of fantastic customer service!
We had a horrible, horrible experiance at this store and awful customer service. Walked into the store yesterday with my wife. The minute we walked in I realized that the suites were not my style. I am more modern and i like slim and fitting suites. Me and my wife walked through half of the store and were on our way out. Salesman asked if he could help us and I told him no thank you it's just not my style suites that's when he gave a dirty look and he rudely laughed and suggested for us to go across the street to lower class... read more
