Horrible experience with our wedding! Unorganized is putting it lightly. No staff had a clue what they were talking about. They had the GROOM and groomsmen trying on other peoples suits, one groomsmen had the completely wrong color the first time, and nobody got the proper calls. Staff was unable to tell us which groomsmen had been in and what there status was. SOMEHOW within days before the wedding everyone was accounted for and had the correct suit. NO IDEA HOW. I don't think a clothing store could be less organized. I had to call multiple times and was misinformed by every person I spoke with. I would not recommend visiting.
Horrible! I don't know where to start or where to end. Don't go to the one in Grandville. So unorganized and unprofessional!
