I have a funeral to attend this week walked in looking for a suit walked around nobody would assist me while they all chatted in the corner in the back yes the bell chimed on the door when I entered no one even acknowledged my presence after a few minutes I left that kind of service i will spend my money elsewhere try to help local and reminds me why I do so much internet purchasing I can be ignored over the computer and not care thanks for nothing
There was plenty of parking for the ambulance I was working on the day I visited. The salesperson working with very friendly and helpful.
I came in never really having bought a nice sports jacket. JR got me sized correctly and spent the next 15 minutes explaining the different cuts and having me try on no less then 15 different jackets. JR was no rush, no pressure and was an absolute joy to work with. If you need something go to JR he will get you squared away.
Update: the Jos. A. Bank corporate team reached out & informed me of their return policy. 90 days....I tried to return the coats well within that time frame and was told it was too late, I specifically remember a “once you wear them” comment & I typically take people for their word. The team at this store purposefully mislead me. I purchased two “traveler” sport coats for work. I went this direction vs going custom made only due to timing.
