Worst place ever to rent a tux. I was told I would be notified immediately about my situation and was not. They don't know how to fit anything as I was walking them through the process. I'll be lucky to be in my best friends wedding because of there lack of competency. I spoke to rep at 5:00 pm and was told I'd hear back immediately. Never heard back so it seems like they don't care. No wonder you can buy 1 and get 3 free. Worst company ever!!!
We used this location for our wedding. They messed up three people's suits. Not just once but multiple times. One groomsmen has been back 3 times now and still wrong size...my dad told them in the store when they measured him it was the wrong size and they said no it will be fine and came back multiple sizes too big. One they didn't even measure the pants or order the pants...how do you not order pants for a suit set?
