Excellent customer service, both for being willing to work with you and being polite. For some reason, both things are hard to find in menswear stores. Their standard prices are about medium for the quality tier they provide, but they do have good sales somewhat often. I was able to snatch up a made to measure custom suit for less than comparable off the rack suits from other vendors.
