Needed a suit for a wedding. Kat was awesome and very detail-oriented. Great service!
The staff was nice and I expect the suit would have turned out well. However the expensive custom suit which should have been ready around the time stay at home took effect was locked inside the store for my wedding due to COVID-19. Corporate Jos A Bank furloughed all local employees, including the manager. So there was literally no way to get any info about the suit locked in the store. Corporate Jos A Bank didn't so much as apologize for this...
