They are really good at what they do and very reasonable for rentals
Horrible. I took a suit that was purchased from them in to be tailored, thinking they'd offer free tailoring since it was purchased from them. They didn't. Macy's does. I was okay with that, and went ahead and had them tailor it. I needed it in time for a wedding, and gave them plenty of time. It was done in time, but they took way to much out of the sides and the coat barely buttoned up. Needless to say it looked ridiculous and obviously didn't fit.
