Absolutely incredible shop, incredible people, and exactly what the mountain bike community is supposed to be about. ♂️ I took delivery of a brand new Crestline MTB on the same day I had to leave California for a five-week road trip. I basically threw it in my truck without a proper setup, without real tools, and hit the road. I had a mishap with my mountain bike and a bike rack that made the bike unridable. Jorgensen's had a rental ready for me within 20 minutes of calling and were super friendly and easy to deal with. The price was fair and the bike worked great. The variety of stuff here that any outdoorsman would enjoy is amazing.

I’ve been looking for a specific helmet everywhere and Jonathan was able to help me! He put in a lot of work to locate it in the warehouse and contacted me as soon as he found it, really great service here and very friendly people!
Drove down to ride the mountain bike trails and had an issue with my tire. I took it into Jorgensen’s and they got right to work, found the solution, and got it back to me with 5 minutes. Tyler was quick and knowledgeable, and his service was top notch. 10/10!
