I was surprised by the setup of the VIP Lounge sponsored by Jordan’s Home Furnishings at the Devour Food and Film Festival in Wolfville. Jordan’s is known for high-quality furniture and beautiful showroom displays, but this installation didn’t live up to that standard. The space, designed by Ana Maria Diez of Canvas Interiors, felt cramped and poorly planned. I was upset with the service initially, although the sales team has made non-trivial efforts to address my issue.
I don't know if the sales people here could do less to earn their commission. I would have been better served if I could have just filled in my custom furniture order online.
When our twenty-two year old stove stopped working we went to the store we always go to, Jordan’s Home Furnishings. The sales associate, Stephanie Bell, could not have been more helpful in finding the right one for us. To our great relief it was delivered two days later by two friendly and helpful delivery men!
