Geetha was great. She was very helpful at the showroom but also followed up to answer any concerns and checked in to ensure the sale and installation went through without any challenges. Overall, great customer service.
Geetha greeted us at Jordans and made us feel so comfortable in our search for dining room furniture. She took the time to find out what we were looking for in style, quality, finish and design. She was able to focus on a Canadian made set of dining chairs and was extremely detailed and knowledgeable in describing all about the furniture, where it was made and details of the workmanship. We had excellent service from Geeta, not only did she stay later than store hours to assist with our purchase but she made sure that our delivery was linked to previous purchases so that we could save on more delivery charges. What a great customer service experience we had because of Geeta
We visited the Richmond store to look for dining furniture and had a great experience. Geetha a sales associate gave us a good detailed comparison of choices available in store. Her knowledge and details helped us to make a decision of picking Canadel. We were able to go through the whole process with no pressure. Will soon be back to finalize.
