Jordan Furniture was terrific. My sectional sofa was delivered with the wrong arm rests. The delivery driver took a picture of the sofa and the picture I had of the sofa that I ordered and immediately notified the office . Customer Service called me right away and said “no problem “ - they would order a new sofa and to use the sofa they delivered until the new sofa came in. The service team was so responsive and pleasant. A wonderful experience.
