Unbelievably poor service. I have attempted to work with Jordano's many times over the course of my 10 years operating a restaurant in Santa Barbara. Over that time I've run into so many sketchy interactions with them it's a wonder they have such a strangle on local wholesale for Food and Beverage businesses. We've experienced: Endless credit apps to open an account wherein we provided more information that we do to any other wholesaler and were still asked for more. Very poor service from the salesperson, Luis. I called the company and they gave me the supervisor's number—Guillermo—but he doesn't answer either; I've left messages, but it's been two weeks and he still hasn't responded.
