I contacted Jordana regarding my condo and an issue I had with a broker, and she responded via email within a few hours. I had a few more questions and she literally carved out time in her busy schedule and called me that same day. She even followed up a few days later via email and again with a phone call. I had a consultation with this firm through the MetLife Legal Plan. Jordana was knowledgeable, practical, and friendly. Her responsiveness was OK. Unfortunately, my consultation was on a “matter with no good outcome.” It involved a lease for an off-campus rental in which the landlord withheld egregious damages and costs from the security deposit.
