She is extremely pre occupied and I had much higher hopes, I was promised one thing and the aftermath was the total Opposite. I was ghosted by her despite agreeing to pay her $500.00 which is a very good sum of money just to write a letter in good faith to help my mother who had a brain tumor removed to assist with a standard tenant at will notice for a commercial purpose.
