I am not one to write a review because I think that one who practices any trade should know what they are doing and should be competent. I AM MAKING AN EXCEPTION IN THIS CASE. Jordana is no BS, competent, and has an excellent reputation. She even gets recommended by her competition. I called the courthouse and everyone knew her and praised her work. She spent quite a bit of time giving me helpful free advice because I simply needed it and had no idea what my first step should be as a landlord dealing with problematic tenants.
