Had a bad experience with these guys. They have auto auctions and give short descriptions of the vehicles they have for sale. The one I bought said it starts and runs. Well, it started alright but they "forgot" to mention it also had a very loud knock. The engine was shot. I paid over 2000 dollars for a paperweight as a result of their misleading description. On Friday one of our work trucks(Amundson Plumbing) got t-boned by a school bus who ran a stop sign. The Plano Police called Jordan Towing to help us out. We got the pleasure of work with Big Al. He was very courteous, pleasant to work with and did everything we could to help us with our work truck. He got the van up right, out of traffic and on the wrecker in no time. Reginald & Usha Joules We had a flat tire in Dallas yesterday (Feb 17, 2019) morning on our way to church. When we called for Road Assistance we got Jordan Towing. Driver was Ruben Martinez, he arrived promptly as said. Ruben was very courteous and friendly. Service was excellent, he was very efficient, showed care and professionalism. It was evident that he loves his job. We were quite pleased with Jordan Towing and Ruben Martinez. Thank you very much for your service.
