If I ever end up leaving Pittsburgh, Jordan Tax will be one of the biggest reasons. Their system is fundamentally flawed and causes extreme frustration for taxpayers.
All of the negative reviews of this company are true. The collaboration between Collier Twp and JTS sewage are a complete disgrace. If you have an honest underground water leak, get it fixed within a month, find out during that time that the water leaked 100 gallons a minute, where the water usage is not used by either of these companies but goes underground, you must pay!!
