Constantly make mistakes and terrible customer service
The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful, kind and professional.
Called for clarification on billing charges and the representative actually hung up on me. Not once did I use profane language or even yell at her. I simply want to be sure that I’m not overcharged and the lady acted as if her word was gold. News flash… humans make mistakes even with the assistance of technology. Then I called back to speak with a supervisor and she’s on vacation so off to the voicemail I was sent. Sucks that they’re the only option for sewer in Bellevue. They really should be audited.
I can’t wait until this office is replaced by AI. It would be more efficient and helpful than the current set up. Staff always have attitude and are exceptionally unhelpful. And I had to fill out a two paper forms because their systems aren’t smart enough to handle two tax returns due to a mid-year move online? Unbelievably archaic with no desire for even adequate customer service. ETA I made a rounding error on the forms and received a refund on what I submitted in April … in September. Unreal.
If I ever end up leaving Pittsburgh, Jordan Tax will be one of the biggest reasons. Their system is fundamentally flawed and causes extreme frustration for taxpayers.
