I can’t wait until this office is replaced by AI. It would be more efficient and helpful than the current set up. Staff always have attitude and are exceptionally unhelpful. And I had to fill out a two paper forms because their systems aren’t smart enough to handle two tax returns due to a mid-year move online? Unbelievably archaic with no desire for even adequate customer service.

Is there a way to give negative stars? I've never been treated with such disrespect with in my life. If they don't hear what they like, they simply hang up on you. They insult the people they work with, and then refuse to listen to them when they voice their frustration with the mistreatment. Why exactly is the county paying for these people when they are not only extremly incompetent, but also extremely unprofessional, in appropriate, and hostile? Poor service and shameful that the Township of Upper Saint Clair would rather outsource this simple service to a private company that is totally unaccountable. The fees for services that require no labor from JTS are outrageous. Their documents are full of typos. Are they even valid? Hopefully the county will shut this place down.
