Freddy, Ryan, Bill, and Shakir where excellent.. we barley lifted a finger.. they were polite and very focused on moving fast.. I have delt with moving companies that move slow to get more hours on the charge. This was not the case. We had one piece of furniture that got on small mark.. it was on the back, so we never called to ask about insurance on that issue.. we felt like it wasn't negligence. The team who helped move me was more than helpful. They packed and moved my fragile dishes and glasses carefully, handle my belongings and furniture with care, were very kind and accommodating, and were so quick while still being careful and meticulous. Thank you so much! I would definitely work with them again, and will recommend to my friends! Thank you!!!!

We enjoyed a very positive experience with Jordan River East Moving. From the initial conversation/quote with Mike, through the packaging/pick up in FLA to the delivery in NY, everything was handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Isma and Milos on the NY end were particularly accommodating. Jordan River East Moving made our move a stress free experience. We heartily recommend this company!

This was an emotional transaction for me, since I was shipping family mementos and furniture following my mother's death, and everything was held up because of the pandemic. I especially appreciated the thoughtful communications with Denise in the office. She answered all my questions straightaway, and made it so easy. And the two delivery guys were awesome. We have a difficult driveway and lots to stairs and they were fantastic. Efficient, friendly, in and out. Thank you, Jordan River East.

I was hired at the request of owner named Mike. He begged me to help him so that in his campaign work somehow move forward. It so happened that my friend's son tragically died, and I could not cover one of his jobs. I got a very rude message from him. But the most amazing thing happened later.
