Showed up with one guy on delivery day for a move into a five bedroom house. Company had guaranteed assembly of a couple of furniture pieces, but mover refused to put together. Mover also ripped the carpet in rec room and when I demanded that the company compensate me, company and its reps essentially disappeared after offering only $150.
I *strongly* recommend against using this company for any move. Moving is a hassle to begin with but this company did not make it easier. In brief, I had issues with (1) Communication (2) Delayed shipment/receiving (3) Personal items destroyed in moving process. Used this company to move cross country. Pickup went smooth, quoted price was reasonable. 14 day guarantee is not accurate. My stuff was picked up on Sept 3rd, they are now saying delivery is between Oct 6-8. I bet it will be pushed back more. Communication and updates are basically non existence with this company. Very disappointed, considering I’m paying for a space that I’m unable to live in. Please do not use this company. Pay more for a better experience and piece of mind.
