I called on Saturday and gave all the information and the person told me I would get a call from the attorney on monday, yesterday. I never got a call or an email. I called back today and the new person started asking me all the same questions. When I asked why she was asking me the same questions the person from Saturday already asked, she asked me if I wanted to continue or not. Why would anyone work with a company like this...

The lady that answered for the consultation very nice and welcoming the lady I was transferred to very rude and dismissive told me they don’t handle employment cases in arbitration despite it being advertised on their website decided to edit my review since the owner is trying to gaslight me like I don’t know the difference in tone.
