Dianne LeVerrier is an ace. She has a deep understanding of Hamptons zoning and land use, and is unflappable in her dealings with local building departments. She remains calm in moments of crisis, and is indefatigable in getting transactions across the finish line to close. I recommend her and her office without reservation.
