Ordered new lenses September 22nd. Waited until October 19 to call and check on them since I had heard nothing from them. No answer, so I left a message. Still hadn’t heard from them October 22nd, so I called again. Was told that the lens were in. Went to the office and inquired when they had received the lens. Was told they came in October 6th! No one ever called to let me know. If it wasn’t for me following up, I guess they would just sit there. Poor customer service!
