This isn’t the first time that I have encountered a problem with this brand location, The first time one of the tellers told me they couldn’t help me and that I needed to go to another location, this time the men in the The drive-through was very rude! I had to wait for a while, even though I was the only there, I even turned off my vehicle. I understand when they are short staffed, but the attitude was unacceptable.
