Great customer service
Great people to buy a pool table from!! Very knowledgeable and professional. Bought a beautiful Brunswick from them 5 years ago. I made the mistake of moving it around myself recently and popped the slate loose. the guy remembered me, came out and fixed it for a fraction of what other "local" companies charge. if you live in or around Lubbock I can't recommend them enough!
Sales rep scheduled a meeting with my business and did not show up because he had more pressing issues. Didn't call and cancel the meeting. When I called to see where he was he said he was not going to do business with us because we are in a small town. He was rude and short with me. I'd rather be told we don't want to service you than be stood up. I also asked to speak to a.manager and was dennied. Would not recommend.
