The service was good. I went in based off a theory, thinking I was doing something wrong on TurboTax. So I figured I would take my paperwork into a professional to verify. I have utilized a tax preparation service for quite some time before we moved to the area. Never paid a dime over 180. I have a very easy refund, and did not expect to walk out paying 399 for a single income Household and three dependants.
