Unprecedented vulgarity and rudeness (referring to the Sherman Way location). I was a client for many years. Not anymore. Today I asked the manager for the restroom key. Shouting at me, he said I need to give him my driver's license. I told him I don't have it with me. So he tried to grab my $1400 iPhone.
