Was doing a touring ride up Brisbane when I had a mechanical problem and not enough tools. Jonny Sprockets was able to diagnose the issue and get me going again in time to get to my destination by dark. Thanks guys much appreciated. They also have good range of MTB stuff I got to look at while waiting.
All the staff a friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is really funky and has a good selection. Plus they are very reasonably priced.
Was looking for a bmx for my 7yr old. The staff were really accommodating with helping me find the style of bike I wanted for him in the right size and right colour. They spent a good portion of time looking through what stock suppliers had and end up finding me the perfect bike and even offered it to us at a better price then what I could find online.
