I was excited to pick up my Pedal folding electric bike from Sean this week. He patiently fielded my ignorant questions and made sure I was comfortable to get going. Much appreciated by a middle aged female because it can be very intimidating walking into an amazing bike shop like this in case you get laughed at. It's so important to go to a locally owned business to buy and my bike was also developed in Qld. That's not always possible. Thanks so much.

Just called this shop for assistance. Whoever answered the phone was not only extremely unhelpful but rude. Last words before i hung up were, just bodgy it up. Disgraceful service. If you don’t want to help you can explain that in a professional way. No need to be blatantly rude. Also wanted to purchase a helmet and other things for a new bike I have. Didn’t get to those questions. Will not get my money or recommendation
