Warning to any prospective customers of Janesville Lumber. Customer service is severely lacking. The last example of many concerns was an incorrect window being ordered. The sales representative measured for the window and indicated he measured the “width but not the height” of the opening. Instead of ordering a replacement window and absorbing the cost, we were advised the replacement would be at our expense.
