I'm 14 and recently got a job and obtained my first paycheck, my dad took me to JBT and opened me an account. Luckily I got a lot of benefits like a free card for the first time opening an account, a free gift (Camping chair or a pan 😂), and a bunch of other free benefits that I was kinda too bored to listen to. Had a run in with possible fraud. So they canceled my card. While being out money they charged me to replace a card they canceled. I find this to be completely absurd and will no longer be a customer at JBT.
