Do not — and I repeat, do not — use JBT Bank for any business accounts. We have had nothing but problems. We booked a hotel out of state for business, and our card was shut down for suspected fraud with no text, no call, no warning. When we called the fraud number they provided, we were told there was no fraud on our account. On top of that, when we went in to set up the account, someone with very little knowledge came over to try to “upgrade” our business account, even though we already knew exactly what we needed.
