Very bad customer service. Not friendly people. Choose any other bank but this one
Does not return calls. Poor customer service. I will use another branch and may move all my accounts to another bank if I have to keep dealing with this branch
This bank is pure poison . They take advantage of people building credit with high interest rates followed with poor customer care . I’m looking forward to settling loan and never having anything to do with this bank ever .

Had nothing but problems since ive been there they dont send new debit cards before yours expires and theyll try to steal your money if you dont pay attention iwould give them zero stars if i could .trust me you dont bank on a smile !!!
The bank determined that I owed them some overdraft charges on an account that was closed years ago. Never notified me. Over a year gone by.......they take the money out of my daughter's college fund account (her account, not mine). They found an obscure sentence in the original account signup form (my daughter, who is now an adult, opened the account while she was a minor. My wife, not me was an authorized signer so she could open the account) that says the can claim the money (in excess of $500). They are covered legally, ... read more
they are not a good bank at all cancels your debit card with out let you know.
