Jonestown Ag knock this one out of the park
Rented an auger for the weekend, go to pick it up, and staff cannot find it and even resort to calling prior customers to see if they have it. How do you not get equipment ready ahead of time when you know its going to be rented out? But, I digress. So they cannot find the piece of equipment they rented out, and then did not offer an apology or anything to my husband. local favorite, and highly recommended because: Made an appointment with Jonestown Ag for maintenance on my Kubota. They were not only knowledgable, but also efficient and very courtesy to me. I had my Kubota back the same day. WOW. what more can I say except very reasonable priced.
