As a REALTOR who works with numerous local banks I can honestly say Jonesboro State Bank and Mr. Chuck Allen are not worthy of your business. I would not recommend them to anyone, Mr. Allen was rude and unwilling to assist before he even knew why I was calling. At the request of my client I called the bank to get on update on the transaction and ask for necessary documentation be sent to OUR client.
