William Jones and his attorney Randall Fox have been making a lot of money off the Rosen estate through continual delays. Despite the fact Bryan's mother, Patricia Rosen, passed away over two years ago, and the family property sold over six months ago, beneficiaries haven't received a penny of their inheritance. Not even a small advance.
Will Jones is a first class thief! He refuses to give Bryan Rosen his rightful inheritance. I have known Bryan Rosen for thirty years and consider him an honest and good person dedicated to helping his mother in her elder years. How can Will Jones, a supposedly religious man, get away with this sort of behavior? It can happen to us all now because Will Jones is leading the way to corrupting. I wouldn't go near this man. Will Jones is the trustee for my friend's mother's estate and he refuses to give him the inheritance , not even a partial distribution . He is living in his car waiting for it. Why is Will hesitating? Is he collecting the interest?. I believe his license should be revoked
This man is trustee of the Rosen estate. The property was sold 3 months ago and the heirs have received no accounting nor any money from the sale. Jones has made himself unavailable to the heirs. This is totally unethical, and a warning sign to all. BEWARE
I know of William Jones, CPA through my friend Bryan. Bryan is a beneficiary and Jones trustee of a family trust. Though the family home sold in May of 2023 for $3.7 million and Bryan's last living parent died over two years ago Bryan is living out of his car for lack of money. Bryan has made Jones aware of his situation. It is my understanding that the trustee has a fiduciary responsibility to the beneficiaries. Therefore one star review.
