I appointed a solicitor from Jones Whyte to help with my separation agreement and access to my children. After following their advice I have spent many thousands of pounds and I am no further forward. I was kept in the dark about their mistake and still pursued me for payment. Even the sheriff stated "the action was raised with incompetence". I am now having to ask The Legal Ombudsman for help with this matter.
We recently used Jones Whyte when buying our new home. Jan was extremely helpful answering any questions we had and her knowledge of the housing market was great. We couldn’t have done it without her. Recommend Jones Whyte to anyone looking to buy a property.
