This ***** jones didnt help me at all!!! He actually screwed me up! Making promises! I should have taken what the irs offered me but he told me he would negotiate so i can pay less but that did not happened!and he had the nerve to email me saying he stopped working for my case when he didnt even tell me that he dropped my case! I have been trying to find a tax service who could help me with questions about at home childcare and how to file taxes. A couple of firms never returned my call, but Mr.Jones called me very shortly after I messaged him- and on a Sunday. He spoke with me for quite awhile explaining what I need to do. I will definitely be contacting him when I need to file my taxes. Very impressed with quick response and how helpful he was!
Mr. C*** was very knowledgeable and helpful filing my returns. I owe taxes and was afraid to do them myself. He did not judge me or treated me as if I was uneducated to the fact. He broke everything down to me the process and saved me from making a big mistake. Even though I will not receive a tax return this year, he has saved me from stressing dealing with the ***.
