We were transferring ownership and registration on a car, and the lady at the counter could not have been more kind, efficient and pleasant. We were in and out in 15 minutes or less. Really sad that they had to post a sign telling people to be nice and not to use profanity in their office. Just be respectful, people , and you’ll be taken care of quickly.
