I wish I had never come anywhere near this business. First year went great then their inaccurate information resulted in hundreds of dollars worth of fines that we had to pay. We have emails that show the firm's negligence, but there is really no recourse. So here's a PSA: do not risk your taxes with these guys. Find somebody else. Total frauds.
