Slow Results.Poor Customer Service.
We used Jones Law Group with the highest level of disappointment! When filing for an appeal of denial in SSI, they had medical release forms to be signed. This gives them all rights to pull or collect any and all medical records. Liz (contact for the case) never returned calls or answered any messages left. We the client had to go collect all medical records and deliver them to Jones LG office due to their lack of responsibilities! Recently found out the appeal was approved in August.
