I called for a "free consultation" off their website. The "consultation" from what I was told on my call isn't a legal consultation and there is never a licensed attorney involved in the consultation. it's apparently a screening process by someone with no legal credentials to see if you're a fit to pay an hourly fee to speak with an attorney and retain them. In my opinion this is misleading and dishonest. I would never hire this firm. I think most people would expect an offer of a free consultation to be a legal consult... read more
