I called for a consultation and told them what my situation was that I need help for and when I was done explaining it to them they raised their voice at me and asked: "What is it exactly that we can help you with?" and when I responded with frustration being that I had just explained it to them - they hung up on me! I would not recommend them to anyone that wants to be treated respectfully and like a customer should be treated!
