Worked extensively with Charles on a business deal. His expertise in contracts, and experience with the grind of business deals was able to get me a better deal than I initially thought I would. He was willing to work the hours needed to close the deal- nights, weekends, whatever. Was really happy to have his help on this.
I worked with a Jones and Keller attorney (Brad Hamilton) to negotiate a commercial lease for my gym. I am brand new to the commercial leasing side, so at $500/hour, I expected a bulletproof lease. Brad did not include any language around exclusivity of services in the building, nor did he offer it as something we might want to include.
