I started Tuesday and was fired after that day. It states in the job posting that training would be PROVIDED as they hire people with no previous experience driving a delivery van and no training was done whatsoever. They give an on road test before you're fully hired that I passed and was put on schedule. The first route they put me on, again with no training provided, was all extremely long and narrow (van barely fit on) driveways that all had to be reversed down knowing I had no prior experience driving a delivery van rat... read more
