Let me start by saying 1 star is too generous! The incompetence, lack of communication, & unprofessionalism this so called” law firm” has displayed is deplorable. You’re not going to find out about pertinent information unless you call or email them, then if you do get a chance to speak with someone they act like you are bothering them and rush you off the phone. Very knowledgeable staff! I had a wonderful experience with this lawyer in my custody case. He also made my divorce easy and as painless as possible. I will definitely be using them in any future litigation.

Was not even sure a court hearing could be this unprofessional until I met Andrew Jones lll and his father Andrew Jones Jr. I hired Andrew Jones lll who is the son to represent me in a court hearing on March 24th I signed a contract with him to represent me on this date and his name was specifically on the contract I signed. Unprofessional, couldn’t answer any of my questions about tenant/landlord dispute despite saying he’s been handling it for 12 years…. If I could have him 0 stars I would have. He didn’t even have a computer at his desk…. He’ll take your consultation fee, give no advice and not feel bad about it at all. A total joke.

I will tell you what I think in its entirety next month.~ I think the problem is the process for voluntarily giving custody to another person. The communication could have been better, but I don't think it was necessarily his fault. The lengthy process was frustrating. After I talked to him, he was alright. I would have thought this would have been straightforward and it wasn't. The problem is the process.
