If I could give less than 1 star, I would. There was no issue setting up the trust, and in fact, they were quick and responsive. Since the setup of the trust, however, none of the communication has been pleasant. Instead, it was been rude, condescending, and unhelpful (not concise. I reached out to Jones Elder Law, LLC to make an appointment for setting up a medical and financial POA for my grandmother, as well as inquiring about advanced directives, amendments, and other estate related items.
