I'm baffled by the reviews of other folks, I guess coming from Linn county I came not expecting much. These folks are far more helpful and actually smile and laugh a bit. I wish there open/close times were a bit more user friendly but it is what it is. Easy laid back environment that gets you taken care of.
I can go directly into the Court House and speak to them face to face and they don't even have the decency to tell me anything I could do to try to get help nor let me know about my situation. They don't care to try to help out the townspeople unless it is some big shot with a lot of money. They don't care about the people in this town. Anamosa is turning out to be one of the worse places to live.
Went into take my CDL exam and could not even concentrate as the clerks were talking so load in the testing area that I could hear them through headphones. You would think they would be a little more thoughtful when someone is trying to take an exam.
Fast, Polite, and Worth the drive. A DMV that actually cares about helping people.
