I am baffled how everyone I have encountered in the Jones County Treasurers office even has a job! They are terrible to work with and just down right rude! I live in Jones county and pay my taxes and it is very disappointing that this is what my tax money goes to!
I'm baffled by the reviews of other folks, I guess coming from Linn county I came not expecting much. These folks are far more helpful and actually smile and laugh a bit. I wish there open/close times were a bit more user friendly but it is what it is. Easy laid back environment that gets you taken care of.
