Don’t expect to receive anything but condescension and arrogance from these folks.
I called their offices to get legal services for a potential claim I had. This man was unprofessional, condescending, and rude. He was more interested in trying to support or defend the company I was inquiring about rather than listening to what I had to say. He would use offensive words in his questions like “so who was the one that canned you?” He was immediately argumentative, would speak over me, and constantly seemed to insinuate that I was stupid. I have used this law firm on two different occasions now. Spencer is amazing. He’s always there when I have question. Always gets back to me in a timely manner. The office staff is so nice.
