Bulman, Jones & Cook does good work when they do it. They seem to be very busy, but, maybe too busy. When I first meet with them they sounded friendly, motivated, and proactive. Later I found if I don’t constantly drive them nothing gets done. I’m lost in the shuffle of clients. Frequently, things are completed last minute and have often been very low quality, though the quality has improved over time. Communication is low. If I don’t reach out I rarely hear anything.
