Went into Jones boys for boots and a hat. The sales lady had a bad attitude and lacked customer service. I thought about just walking out but liked the boots so bought them. Considered grabbing a hat then thought to myself why would I bother supporting such a low effort employee. Halfway decent experience here! The dark haired girl was beyond kind and helpful! However the blonde girl asked if I needed help and I said no we’re good and she continued to talk down to me and my partner and be snarky and rude. Definitely just need to work on attitude or leave us be
Terrible customer service. Was told I could return a pair of shoes for credit on my card. When I showed up, they said they know nothing about my call. And I did talk to 2 staff members. So terrible service.

I made a $800 horse tack purchase at the Red Deer location and it was not what I needed. I went to return the purchase and was told they don't do returns. They only do store credit or exchange. I asked if I could use the credit online as I live 4.5 hours away but was told NO its only in store. I was NOT HAPPY about this. There is a small sign at the till that I did not see.
