(Despite the last name, no relation). As someone who lives in Seward county, I was having a good experience with this local bank until they switched to a new online system. Now you can't even use Zelle with them - one of the most convenient ways people transfer money from one account to another. Stick with a larger bank if you want convenient banking.
As someone in their late 20s and member since I was able to get an account I apricate the change in website and security. however, after putting in my password that is 100% the same because it's copied and pasted it refuses to accept it. Now I'm locked out. Genuinely hate everything about this change. This whole situation has made me want to change to Cattle or Union bank.
Wouldn't let me cash my check when I did it before real bs right now I don't think I'll be going back to Jones anytime soon
This is the best bank I have delt with in 50 years. If you try it you will agree. The personnel and service are fantastic. I have been with them for about 8 years now and I live 30 miles away, although there are banks much closer I will not change...
